KC IT firm plans hiring binge, $1.04M HQ expansion

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon said Thursday that Kansas City information technology firm ECCO Select Corp. is slated to start a $1.04 million expansion of its local headquarters.

According to the Kansas City Business Journal, the firm also has plans to create 96 local IT jobs as part of its continued growth during the next three years.

If the company meets job creation and investment criteria, it could receive as much as $2.2 million through the Missouri Works tax credit program.
