Kansas City-based industrial developer NorthPoint Development has closed its largest funding round to date.
The company raised $1.5 billion through the funding round. The initial target was $1 billion.
NorthPoint Development plans to use the funding to capitalize roughly $4 billion in U.S. industrial investments, according to Bisnow.
