Kansas City engineering and architectural planning firm TranSystems conducted its largest acquisition to date.
The company recently closed on the purchase of Raleigh, North Carolina-based Sepi, which has around $40 million in annual sales and 330 employees.
Before Sepi, TranSystems in the past year and a half made two acquisitions.
