KC developer to create 'world's biggest co-working studio'

Kansas City Sustainable Development Partners is working with Lenexa, Kan.-based Plexpod to develop what's being billed as the world's biggest co-working studio.

The companies are redeveloping the 160,000-square-foot Westport Middle School in Kansas City into a co-working space.

Tenants would have access to a business incubator, office space, investors, event space and a maker's studio.
