Kansas City cybersecurity company Fishtech Group LLC is entering a merger deal.
The business is merging with cybersecurity company Herjavec Group, which is led by Robert Herjavec, one of the stars of the TV show “Shark Tank.”
Herjavec will be CEO of the combined business, and Fishtech founder and CEO Gary Fish will serve as chair.
