The New York Stock Exchange issued a notice to Kansas City-based CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust Inc. indicating the company's stock is in danger of delisting.
Stock market officials said the stock no longer is in compliance with listing rules because its average price has dipped below $1 a share over the past 30 days.
CorEnergy officials pledged to resolve the issue within six months.
