Port KC’s Board of Commissioners green-lit an economic development package to revitalize the historic Country Club Plaza.
The authority voted in favor of up to $1.5 billion in bonds and tax breaks for Dallas-based Gillon Property Group’s plan.
Gillon Property Group plans to add commercial and retail space, apartments, offices and hotels to Country Club Plaza.
