The Kansas City Planned Industrial Expansion Authority has approved tax incentives for luxury apartment plans by The Cordish Cos.
The project received a 25-year property tax abatement and a sales tax exemption on construction materials.
The Cordish Cos. intends to develop the $156 million Four Light luxury apartments in downtown Kansas City.
