Liberty-based heavy equipment supplier Central Power Systems and Services Inc. filed suit against a competitor and former employees.
The lawsuit against Kansas City, Kansas-based State Tractor Equipment Co. Inc. accuses the company of hiring former Central Power Systems employees and encouraging them to break noncompete, nonsolicitation and confidentiality agreements.
The lawsuit additionally accuses State Tractor of misappropriating trade secrets.
