A former nurse for a Jackson County fire department filed a lawsuit over sexual harassment claims.
Christeena Ferguson, of Fort Smith, Arkansas, alleges in the suit against the Southern Jackson County Fire Protection District that she was forced to resign after a supervisor sexually harassed her.
The suit seeks an unspecified amount in damages, including back pay.
