Overland Park, Kansas-based Prime Capital Investment Advisors announced a pair of acquisitions.
The purchases add $1.4 billion in assets under management, bringing the firm's total past $20 billion.
The acquired firms were 20/20 Financial Advisors and Financial Network Ltd.
