KC-area developer plans $75M arena

Overland Park, Kan.-based Price Brothers Development plan to build a $75 million arena anchored by a United States Hockey League team.

The arena would be built in BluHawk, a 300-acre mixed-use project the company is developing in south Overland Park.

Price Brothers is shooting for Kansas sales tax revenue bond financing for its roughly $1 billion BluHawk development.
