KC-area company gets extension to avoid Nasdaq delisting

Overland Park, Kansas-based Digital Ally Inc. received an extension to avoid being delisted from the Nasdaq stock exchange.

The company has another 180 days for its stock to exceed $1 for at least 10 consecutive business days.

Digital Ally (Nasdaq: DGLY) makes body cameras and video systems for law enforcement and other industries.
