A Kansas City-area company has made an acquisition.
Safe Fleet, a Belton-based manufacturer of fleet safety solutions, purchased Merlot Vango Tarping Solutions, of Verona, Pennsylvania, for undisclosed terms.
Merlot Vango's tarping products essentially turn a flatbed trailer into an enclosed van, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.
