The Connecticut home of late actress Katharine Hepburn sold for $11.5 million.
The 8,400-square-foot home along the shore had been on the market for several years.
The seller was New York developer Frank Sciame, who bought the property for $6 million in 2004, a year after Hepburn died at the home.
