Karen likely needs no introduction. Karen is a Springfield native, and it would seem that she knows very nearly everyone. Karen's sense of humor and incredible energy are at least part of the reason she has enjoyed success as an advertising account executive with SBJ Publishing Inc. since November of 2000. Karen sees herself as an ambassador of sorts. She says, "When in the community at events or group meetings, I like to keep everyone informed of what we are doing at SBJ. I hope I increase the awareness of what exciting things we are doing!"

Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Drury University in Physical Education and Health K-12. Karen came to SBJ with nearly ten years of sales and marketing experience, two of which were in print advertising.

When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Karen said, "I like the fact that there is never a dull moment! I also enjoy the support and encouragement I receive from the staff. We really are like family here!"
