Social media platform Parler and rapper Kanye West announced the termination of his planned acquisition of the company.
"This decision was made in the interest of both parties in mid-November," officials with Parler said in a statement. "Parler will continue to pursue future opportunities for growth and the evolution of the platform for our vibrant community."
Kanye West, who now goes by Ye, entered the acquisition deal in October.
