Kanye West fans 'discover' new artist Paul McCartney

#WhoisPaulMcCartney was trending on Twitter last week after hip-hop icon Kanye West released a new single with the longtime Beatles’ frontman.

It’s not clear to what degree West’s fans were joking around about not knowing who Paul McCartney was, but the activity caught on none the less.

@Cflyssy said, “Thank you so much Kanye West for introducing the world to Paul McCartney, can’t wait for him to start getting famous.”
