Leawood, Kansas, telehealth firm Lifescience Technologies filed suit against St. Louis-based health care system Mercy.
The lawsuit accuses Mercy of giving Lifescience's confidential information to another company in an effort to create its own "virtual patient care software."
The lawsuit seeks damages and lost profits, as well as an order preventing Mercy from misusing trade secrets, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.
