Kansas City Council approved incentives for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City to relocate.
Currently located at 2301 Main St. near Union Station, Blue KC is planning a move to the 1400 Baltimore Ave. tower. The company is set to receive a personal property tax break valued at $1 million from the city.
The current site is among the possibilities for a new Kansas City Royals stadium.
