Kale rejoins 'Dirty Dozen' list

Kale has joined the "Dirty Dozen" list published annually by the Environmental Working Group.

The list ranks the 12 produce items with the higest concentration of pesticide residues.

The report indicated over 92 percent of kale had residue from at least two pesticides after the vegetables were washed and peeled.

Kale, which was last on the list in 2009, ranked as the third "dirtiest" produce item.
