Singer and actor Justin Timberlake has invested in Music City Baseball, a group trying to bring a Major League Baseball franchise to Nashville.
Timberlake, who also is a minority owner of the Memphis Grizzlies basketball team, joins Music City Baseball's music industry advisory committee.
If approved for a franchise, the team's name would be the Nashville Stars.
