Conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett said Monday she would support a code of conduct for the Supreme Court - another instance of a justice reacting to ethics scandals that have altered perceptions of the court.
At a University of Minnesota Law School event, Barrett called ethics rules "a good idea" and suggested that the justices are broadly in support of a code of principles similar to those that lower court judges are required to follow.
