European meal delivery company Just Eat Takeaway is considering a sale of Grubhub less than a year after buying it.
CEO Jitse Groen said Takeaway has hired banks to explore the possible sale.
Takeway bought Grubhub for $7.3 billion in 2021. The European company is now under pressure from investors amid competition and a fading pandemic boost, according to Reuters.
