A federal judge ruled in favor of Kansas City's Crossroads Charter Schools in a vaccination case.
Under the ruling, an unvaccinated student must leave the school unless the parents get the child vaccinated or file for a religious exemption.
Zach and Audrey Baker, the parents of the unvaccinated child, filed suit claiming that the process for filing an exemption for vaccines violates religious freedom.
