Judge strikes down Trump's H-1B visa fee

Federal Judge Leo Sorokin struck down President Donald Trump's $100,000 H-1B visa fee.

Sorokin ruled the tax is an unlawful levy that Congress never authorized.

California and 19 other Democratic states sued to block the charge.
