A federal judge yesterday struck down a rule from the Trump administration.
The rule is designed to force pharmaceutical companies to display the wholesale prices of their drugs in TV advertisements.
U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta said the rule is invalid because the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services lacks authority from Congress to implement it.
