A Cole County Circuit Court judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit that sought to block the recreational marijuana legalization petition in Missouri.
Judge Cotton Walker found Joy Sweeney, an anti-drug legalization activist who filed the lawsuit, had not proven she was a Missouri citizen.
The issue is slated to go up for vote in November.
