Christian County Judge Laura Johnson on Wednesday dismissed a child sex abuse case against Benjamin Lambert, the son of Lambert's Cafe founder Norman Lambert.
Benjamin Lambert's attorneys cited myriad mental health problems, including dementia. He was deemed a "totally incapacitated person" by a different court, and he's living in a Scott City nursing home.
He had been indicted for alleged charges of child sex trafficking, sexual exploitation of a minor, possession of child porn and promoting prostitution.
