A federal judge yesterday approved the $26 billion merger between T-Mobile and Sprint.
In a rejection of a lawsuit filed by thirteen states and Washington, D.C., U.S. District Court Judge Victor Marrero said he did not believe the companies "would pursue anticompetitive behavior."
With the closure of the merger, T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T will be similarly sized, according to CNN Business.
