JPMorgan Chase's mortgage business is conducting layoffs.
A source familiar with the matter told Fox Business the layoffs are in the hundreds. Hundreds more are expected to be reassigned to different divisions.
"Our staffing decision this week was a result of cyclical changes in the mortgage market," a JPMorgan spokesperson said.
