JPMorgan Chase plans to hire 3,000 employees within the next three years at its global corporate center in Warsaw, Poland.
Steve Cohen, JPMorgan Chase's managing director, and Mateusz Morawiecki, Poland's deputy prime minister and development minister, announced the hirings together.
In Poland, foreign investors are helping to boost the country's economy. It's economic growth is now at nearly 4 percent annually.
