JPMorgan Chase earnings drop 6.7%

JPMorgan Chase reported a 6.7 percent drop in profits in the first quarter.

Net income fell to $5.5 billion from $5.9 billion a year earlier.

Revenue decreased 3 percent to $24.1 billion.

Both figures, however, topped analysts' predictions.
