Joyce is making a list and checking it twice! Joyce joined the staff of SBJ Publishing Inc. in August of 2004 as our first full-time researcher. Joyce spends her time gathering and checking the facts which makeup the weekly lists printed in the Springfield Business Journal and archived for sale on sbj.net. She takes great pride in her work and seeks to provide the most accurate and complete information possible.

Prior to coming to SBJ, Joyce worked as an administrative assistant and office manager for First Evangelical Free Church and later as an administrative secretary for the Missouri State University academic Development Center.

When asked what she likes most about her job, Joyce replied, "First and foremost the people. I also enjoy keeping our lists as factual as possible and researching new markets."
