The recognition is based on MoDOT’s contractor performance rating system, under which Journagan earned the highest ratings for meeting construction schedules, progressing steadily on projects, completing projects on time, and contract administration and compliance.
Journagan was the prime contractor on a number of recent MoDOT projects, including turning State Highway 13 into four lanes in Humansville, resurfacing Highway 76 in Branson, and resurfacing and building shoulders along State Highway 54 in Hickory County. Journagan currently is the prime contractor on the U.S. Highway 60/Glenstone Avenue interchange restructuring, which includes creating five lines on a portion of Republic Road.
