Jordan Valley Community Health Center is taking over the day-to-day operations of a CoxHealth clinic in Buffalo.
The two organizations announced the change for the 119 N. Ash St. clinic in Buffalo in a news release this morning.
"Together, we aim to build upon the clinic’s foundation of serving patients and expand services to include options like dental and mental health services," Jordan Valley CEO Dr. Matthew Stinson said in the release. "It’s about delivering more than primary care: It’s about complete health care for the family in one convenient location."
Reached by email this morning, Jordan Valley officials declined to disclose the financial terms of the arrangement.
"Jordan Valley Community Health Center will oversee management and operation, however CoxHealth will provide support with various initiatives," the officials said. "Both organizations are investing time, effort and financial resources into the Buffalo community."
Patients at the Buffalo clinic will see Jordan Valley providers moving forward.
