The Joplin School District is on the verge of implementing a new five-year strategic plan.
The school board tomorrow is expected to approve the plan, developed by consulting firm Marc Maness and Associates for $70,000.
Among focus areas of the plan are communications and community engagement, mental health needs and teacher pay.
