Construction is under way on 11 acres southeast of the Highway 376 and Highway 265 intersection near Branson.
Project Manager Bob Thompson of Republic-based Woodco Inc., the contractor for the development, said the 33 buildings in Phase I will be completed by March.
Rick Billington, spokesman for Prudential Realty of Branson, who is marketing the properties, said the units will be built as four- and six-plexes.
Billington said the 1,220-square-foot condos will have three bedrooms and two baths and will sell for $119,900. He said the multifamily housing would be a mix of long-term and monthly rentals as well as permanent residences.
Missouri Partners Inc., of Branson, is providing site excavation, while others working on the project are Mesa Consulting Engineers, of Branson, and Architecture Plus, of Springfield.
