Jobs site Monster agrees to $429M buyout

Netherlands-based global recruiter Randstad Holding agreed to purchase job listings site Monster Worldwide for $429 million.

Monster.com reportedly will continue to exist and operate as a separate entity of the acquiring company.

Monster shares rose as much as 26.4 percent on the news announced yesterday.
