Douglas, JMark’s majority partner, said the acquisition would nearly double his staff to 35 workers and more than quadruple JMark’s roster to about 1,300 regional clients. The three companies maintain computer hardware and software for their clients, mostly within a 200-mile radius of Springfield.
To accommodate the growth, JMark Business Solutions will move all operations in March to center city Springfield. A lease is signed for 11,500 square feet in developer Craig Wagoner’s The Place at Jordan Creek, 601 N. National Ave.
JMark operates from about 3,000 square feet at 1976 E. Chestnut Expressway. NetWorks, led by President Casey Mustion, and NetManage, led by President Earl Johnson, share about 4,000 square feet at 227 Downing St. in Nixa. Mustion also is a minority owner of Nixa-based NetWatch, but he said that company is not part of the sale.
