JKHY execs buy tens of thousands of shares

Four Jack Henry & Associates Inc. (Nasdaq: JKHY) executives invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in shares of the company’s stock late last week, according to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

Together, the executives bought over 30,000 shares at $67.67 apiece on Sept. 10, representing a total investment of over $2 million.

Leading the purchases was CEO Jack Prim, who acquired 17,560 shares, representing a $1.2 million investment.

Jack Henry Chief Financial Officer Kevin Williams bought 5,900 shares, investing $399,253.

Company President David Foss purchased 4,188 shares, for an investment of $283,402.

Mark Forbin, Jack Henry’s vice president and chief technology officer, picked up 2,492 shares, for an investment of $168,634.

As of 9:26 a.m., JKHY shares were trading at $68.92, compared to a 52-week range of $51.86 to $71.75.
