J&J to break into 2 publicly traded firms

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to split itself into two publicly traded companies.

One would focus on consumer brands, such as Band-Aid and Tylenol.

The other company, which would operate under the Johnson & Johnson name, would include treatments such as Darzalex and Tremfya.
