Jimmy Carter enters hospice care at home

Former President Jimmy Carter has entered hospice care at his home in Plains, Georgia.

Carter, 98, "decided to spend his remaining time at home with his family and receive hospice care instead of additional medical intervention," according to a statement from The Carter Center.

Carter is the longest-lived American president.
