Jim Beam parent building $60M distillery

Jim Beam parent company Beam Suntory Inc. is investing $60 million on a new distillery at the site of its existing Clermont, Kentucky, operations.

The distillery would produce Booker’s, Baker’s and Little Book. It also would be used to explore new fermentation and distilling ideas.

The investment also includes improvements to the bourbon tourism experience at the facility.
