Empowering Others For Success

I transitioned to the Lead Buyers Agent for Holt Homes Group in 2013. In less than five years, the team I was leading was able to help over 225 homebuyers per year. This model ultimately led to me becoming the top buyers agent for Keller Williams nationwide. In January of this year, I became a business partner with the founder and owner of the team.

My leadership has evolved beyond leading by example and includes encouraging critical thinking and problem solving. My leadership skills are defined by the conversations we are having and the growth in those around me. Specifically, I want them to understand their goals and help create a business plan to achieve those in the short and long term.

I get to teach other agents locally and from across the nation that this can be a business, not just a hobby. I get to teach the agents on our team the freedom that comes from consistently hitting your goals. I get to show other women that it’s ok to be a driver of a big business and to go after big life.

Most importantly I get to show my children that their mom can run a large business with the right work/life balance. I am there for every meal and I never miss a soccer or football game.
