Billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein was found unconscious in a Manhattan jail cell.
He was found with neck injuries and sprawled on the floor of his Metropolitan Correctional Center cell. Some media reports indicate his face appeared blue, though the cause of his injuries hasn't been released.
Epstein is facing charges of sex trafficking involving dozens of underage girls.
