JE Dunn to build $60M Lenexa development

JE Dunn Construction Co. has been tapped to build a $60 million civic center in Lenexa, Kan.

The 5-acre, mixed-use project would add a 100,000-square-foot community center and another 100,000 square feet of space for a relocated Lenexa City Hall and retail tenants, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.

The development also would feature an outdoor plaza and a 500-space, five-story parking garage.
