J.E. Dunn Construction Co. reached a deal to buy Sioux Falls, South Dakota-based Henry Carlson Construction.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Chip Carlson, president of Henry Carlson Construction, said in a news release that he sought a buyer as he contemplates retirement.
