JE Dunn Construction's $20 million renovation of its downtown headquarters in Kansas City has been approved for incentives.
The Port Authority of Kansas City approved a 50% personal property tax exemption via 10-year bonds and a sales tax exemption on construction materials.
JE Dunn is reportedly seeking to add at least 150 jobs as part of the project.
