Japanese prosecutors indict Carlos Ghosn

Former Nissan Motor Chairman Carlos Ghosn was indicted in Japan on Monday for allegedly understating his pay.

Prosecutors also indicted Nissan, as well as Greg Kelly, Ghosn's former aide at the company.

Ghosn has been in custody since allegations surfaced last month of him under-reporting his Nissan income.
